Because you liked it, Ayala Museum's virtual art workshops are coming back for more! Learn how to draw faces and figures, and flora and fauna, inspired by the museum's art and history collection as we go back to the basics one more time.

Each workshop includes consultation sessions with the teachers and is limited to 10 slots only for a better learning experience.

Unboxing the Galleon Trade

A Tasting and Historical Exploration

Join Ayala Museum and Served Manila as we travel the flavors of history in “UNBOXING THE GALLEON TRADE” with Claude Tayag.

As we celebrate of the 500th anniversary of the first circumnavigation of the world, the session will be surveying some of the most prominent food and dishes exchanged during the Manila-Acapulco Trade to explore the impact of the 250-year relationship between Mexico and Philippines and reveal what it says about our Filipino identity.

Get to listen to the stories behind the champorado, chicharon, Filipino vinegar. Plus, learn how to make champorado and two types of cocktails using lambanog and tequila (with our guest mixologist, Lennon Aguilar). You also get to taste world renowned Philippine craft chocolates. These, plus more!
