Ayala Museum presents
The Story Telling of Travel
Travel Narratives with April Yap (and open it up a bit more to mixed media)
15 and 17 March 2017 | 6 – 9 PM
How do you capture that moment of wonder as you travel and how do you share that awesomeness that grabs you? This is a multimedia workshop with a focus on digital and social media content creation that will help you effectively tell your travel story.
Tales of travel have captured the imaginations of people around the world, from ancient to modern times. Fortunately, travel writing is a skill that can be learned by anyone determined to succeed.
Whether for personal or professional purposes, the Ayala Museum Write Now! program is offering a course on Travel Writing with facilitator April Yap. She will go over the basics of travel writing for various platforms.
About the Facilitator
April Yap used to teach creative writing at UP Diliman. She is currently Consumer Insights Director of Carat Philippines. She has two books: Stressed in the City and Ohmygosh!
