The Academy of Pastry and Bakery Arts Philippines is a premier educational institution where students train under the mentorship of world renowned master chefs. Established by France’s legendary pastry master chef Jean-Francois Arnaud, who is recipient of the Meilleur Ouvier de France (MOF) 2000, a title tantamount to the rank of best craftsman of France.
Watch visiting chefs Jean-Francois Arnaud, Baptiste Jolivet, Chong Ko Wai, Niklesh Sharma, and Tan Wei Loon put up sculptural sugar and chocolate displays on the spot.
