As the band Rivermaya once sung: “Panahon na naman ng pag-ibig!” Love is in the air once again this February as Ayala Museum celebrates Valentine’s Day with Art to Heart.
Looking for a unique date idea or somewhere to go on Valentine’s Day alone without feeling, well, bitter? On 14 February, 2015, Ayala Museum is giving the day of love a dash of Philippine art, culture, and history. Feast on the passionate display of colors in Cesar Legaspi: The Brave Modern; rekindle your love for country in Philippine Diorama Experience; discover how our ancestors adorned themselves for their wives and husbands in Gold of Ancestors; and see how the rest of the Ayala Museum exhibitions simply inspire.
The day’s program also includes an Avida On-The-Spot Portrait Station, where guests can immortalize their experience with personalized art by the Urban Sketchers Group. We’re also ramping up the sweetness meter with delicious limited edition treats from the ever delightful Flour Girl!
To cap the day off, there will be a special “love” themed tour of the exhibitions that’s sure to tickle both the heart and the mind’s fancies.
All activities come free with Ayala Museum admission (P225 for resident adults, P125 for resident students and seniors with valid ID). Museum hours for the day will be from 9:00AM – 6:00PM, activity cut off will be at 4:30PM.
